Assistant Director
Rob Lawrence studied at Huddersfield University and the Royal College of Music, completing postgraduate Diploma, Bachelor and Masters degree studies. He has performed as both a soloist and ensemble player in the UK, France and Japan, with recent orchestral performances at St John’s Smith Square, Fairfield Halls, and Queen Elizabeth Hall Southbank. Throughout his career Rob has been dedicated to education, involved in projects such as National Lottery funded access schemes, providing tuition at the University of East Anglia, and being saxophone tutor for the National Children’s Wind Orchestra. In 2013 he was appointed Associate Director of Trinity Music Academy and from 2024 is Head of Woodwind at Trinity School.
